Ranger Ivor
Hi everyone,
I just started playing Guild Wars a couple of days ago with a Ranger. While playing the game, I was not able to locate Range Ivor. Since I could not find him, I left noob world to Old Ascalon. My question is since I could not find Ivor, will I still be able to learn the skills which I could get if I had found him. Thanks for any information!!! |

There are plenty of skills in this game that the couple Ivor gets you can be bypassed. I hardly use them myself. You will be fine. |

Where is Ivor anyway? I've searched every inch of the place and he's nowhere to be found.

He's on the top of the hill to the right just before you cross the bridge on the way to Fort Ranik. Or on the left just before the bridge if your following the other path. The skills you missed can be bought from the Skill Trader in Ascalon City after the searing.

Just a quick note: I did the same thing and went straight to Old Ascalon. I found that I didn't want to "buy" the skills later on, so I just restarted a character. It only took a day to get that far, so it might be worth your while. Just my 2 cents. =)
